When parking an oversized vehicle, you will need to pay per space the vehicle takes up.
Hourly parking can be booked up to 30 days in advance.
Hourly parking and multi-day bookings do not include in-and-out privileges. Once you park, your space is not guaranteed if you choose to leave and return later during the same parking transaction. Only monthly permit holders are allowed to enter and exit the facility multiple times throughout the duration of their permit.

Visit the violations link and dispute the violation. On your dispute submission, provide your violation number and license plate and we will help resolve this quickly.
Secure Parking will refund hourly parking purchases as long as the customer submits the request at least 24 hours prior to the parking session start time.

We offer two Multi-Day Pass options for users who are looking for flexible short and long term parking solutions without the commitment of a monthly permit.
To purchase, simply use our Secure-a-Spot app to search for your desired parking location and then select between the Standard (1 to 4 all-day passes) and Value (5 to 20 all-day passes) options.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll have access to the parking facility for the entire day on the selected dates. On your booked days, just drive to the facility and park—your spot will be ready.
To use the Early Bird option, simply purchase it through the app or by scanning the QR code on-site. You must enter the facility within the specified time frame and exit within the designated exit window. Please note that time frames may vary by location, so be sure to check the available times for your chosen facility before purchasing. If you enter before or after the Early Bird hours, or exit outside of the designated exit time, your parking rate will be adjusted to reflect the actual times used.
We offer a 10-minute grace period at the beginning and end of your parking session to allow time for purchasing or extending your parking as needed. Please note that in our ungated facilities, parking must be paid before you leave your vehicle in the facility.
Ungated facilities: Parking must be paid for within 10 minutes of leaving your vehicle in the facility. You can pay either through our app or by scanning the “Scan to Pay” signage on-site. Gated facilities: Upon entry pull a ticket or swipe your credit card or pre-book your parking via the app.
