How do I cancel my monthly parking?

Fill out the Submit a Request form and select the cancellation option from the drop down menu or email us at Info@secureparkingusa.com

*Reminder: we do require a 30-day cancellation notice.

How many days in advance do I need to cancel?

30 days. If you cancel mid-month, the next month will be prorated 30 days out.

What payment methods does Secure Parking offer?

Monthly parking – All major credit cards are accepted and Wage Works.

Daily parking – Payment methods vary by locations.

We’ve included payments methods on each car park location.

What happens when I receive a violation?

How soon can I sign up for monthly parking?

If available, you can sign up right away! Contact us now to get started!

How or where do I update my payment information for my monthly parking account?

To update payment information, please call our main office during business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30am) and our Account Specialist can assist you. Main office phone: (414) 847-5723.
