HOW DO VALIDATIONS WORK?
Our Sales Representative will assess your current parking requirements and create a Validation Parking package tailored to your needs. This package will include parking rates that align with your requirements. They will also assist in setting up the system for you, providing free training, and granting access to our downloadable How-To guide.
Upon signing up for Validations, you will receive a personalized Validation Parking Web Tool. This tool allows you to access validation parking at the nearest Secure Parking car park to your location. It enables you to validate parking for a specified time period. To utilize this service, your customers simply need to park in an unreserved parking space at the recommended car park, then provide the necessary information (such as the plate number, or ticket /code at a gated site) upon arriving at your business.
At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice outlining your company’s validation activity, providing you with an itemized overview of your usage.

What is the price of validations?
As part of the set-up process (which is free) for all Secure Parking customers, your Secure Parking Representative will analyse your current parking requirements and put together a Validation Parking package that includes parking rates that meet your requirements. In addition, they will provide you with free training to ensure that you hit the ground running.
How does Secure Parking Validations work?
With a validation account you will be issue with a customized validation parking tool. Based on your lovation you will be given access to a parking web tool to validate your parkers based on their specific parking needs.
The web-tool enables you to validate parking in a car park for a time period per parker.

How do I receive the bill?
There’s no need to worry about processing reimbursements for parking. At the end of each month, you receive an itemised bill outlining all your company’s validation Parking bookings and activity.
